Returns

Thank you for choosing our product! To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please include your purchase information when returning the item. The item must be returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase, with no signs of scratches or wear.

If you need to return the item after 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged, even if the item is in new condition. We can only accept returns that are in new condition, so please take care when packaging the item for return. Once we receive the item, we will initiate the refund process as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that customized or engraved items are not returnable or refundable.

Exchanges

Thank you for considering an exchange with us. We accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, and the item must be in new condition to be eligible. We take pride in providing high-quality products and ensuring each exchange meets our standards.

General Exchanges

To ensure your exchange is processed smoothly, please include your original receipt with the item and attach a note stating "Exchange Required." If you are exchanging for a different ring size, please indicate the new ring size on the receipt.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued as Money Back once we have received the item and confirmed it is in new condition.
