Customer Service
Shipping & Delivery
We offer three shipping options:
- USPS First Class Mail: Flat rate shipping.
- USPS Express Mail: Expedited shipping.
- UPS Next Day Air or Second Day: For quicker delivery.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. Please check your tracking number for updates.
Our fixed price and free shipping & handling charge apply only to residents of the continental United States (U.S.A.). Additional charges will apply for shipments to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, and Samoa.
For orders over $500, we offer free USPS Priority shipping within the continental United States. We aim to ship all orders within two business days after receiving cleared PayPal payments with a confirmed address before 5 PM Pacific Standard Time on weekdays.
Orders over $300 require your phone number for faster delivery. You can add your phone number while checking out on PayPal. A signature may also be required upon delivery.
For international orders, please message us with your shipping address for an international shipping quote. We only ship via USPS International Express Mail or UPS International Shipping.

We accept:

Please note that we only ship to the confirmed shipping address provided with the payment. If you experience any issues with payment or need to confirm your address, please contact PayPal at 1-888-221-1161. For assistance with paying via credit card, please call us at 1-213-627-1139.
If your confirmed address is a PO Box, additional shipping fees will be required, and the order must be shipped via USPS Priority. Sales tax will be charged for shipments within California. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties and brokerage charges.
We kindly ask that all payments are received within 7 days of the auction or purchase date. Thank you for your cooperation.
Returns & Replacements
We offer a free exchange and a 30-day return policy.
Return:
- No RMA is required. Just send the item along with the receipt back to us.
- We will initiate a refund as soon as we receive the item.
- The item must be returned within 30 days.
- If the package is returned after 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Exchange:
- For an exchange, please send the item back to us along with the receipt and mention "Exchange Required" on the receipt.
- For ring size exchanges, please send the item back to us along with the receipt and mention your new ring size on the receipt.
Refund:
- Refunds will be given as Money Back.
